HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

General
In accordance with the Company Crew Policy and the procedure prepared for the MLC convention where ships are voluntarily certified, suitably qualified crew who have completed and documented the trainings required by international conventions such as STCW, ILO and applicable national rules and regulations are procured and recruited for all positions on board.

Qualifications
Vessels under the operation of the company shall be manned by qualified, medically fit and experienced seafarers in sufficient numbers to cover all situations requiring safe operations on board. Crew to be recruited to the ships must have completed and documented the appropriate basic training required by the STCW convention and national and international rules.

Crew Recruitment and Selection
Seafarers employed on our ships are preferred by the crew department, especially and primarily by seafarers who have worked on our ships before. In case of insufficiency, online applications made through our website are evaluated by taking references.
